| Customer Reviews: Very good October 10, 2009 L. Liebergen (Wisconsin, U.S.A.) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
For a week of driving in Umbria & Tuscany with a rental car, I thought this atlas was a necessary purchase - I'm a real map person. My friend came armed with a GPS for the car. The atlas and the navigator (me) won hands down. The GPS couldn't find most of the little addresses to which we were going - it was quickly put away. The only thing that surprised and disappointed me about the atlas is that all paved roads and towns are not on it. We stayed in one little town (that's been there for probably hundreds of years) that had a busy two-lane paved road going through it, and neither the town nor the road were shown on the atlas. I expected Michelin to have everything. But overall, it was wonderful. I recommend it.
Good enough May 7, 2010 Anna 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Michelin atlas is the second best that exists in the market from my point of view. The best one I have is for Spain and Portugal by Geoplaneta. Michelin has just one big disadvantage: too much notation. It's hard sometimes to understand what the signs are for and where exactly they are located because of the multitude of those. Everything else looks fine and I'll try out this atlas soon enough.
Nicolas bought Michelin Italy tourist guide March 24, 2010 Nicolas A. Cimmino (Argentina) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
the product will help me a lot in my next trip to Italy. I has all towns , routes and details. Only one comment:the city list at the end of the book has very small size letter and it is not easy to read it.
